We had an amazing Halloween dinner with Chef Alberto, and everything was perfect! 🎃 ✨ ! He’s incredibly kind, professional, and organized, he arrived with everything well prepared and handled the whole evening flawlessly. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and he took the time to explain each dish with passion. We loved his positive energy, his kindness, and the joy he brought to our family dinner ! We had the pleasure of having Chef Alberto cook for our family during our stay in the South of France, and his food was truly one of the highlights of our holiday. Every evening he prepared stunning, quality meals that were thoughtful, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. Alberto brought creativity, warmth, and professionalism to each dish, tailoring everything to our tastes while using the freshest local ingredients. He effortlessly catered to a range of preferences within our family, and his charming, friendly presence made the experience even more enjoyable. Alberto has made our Cannes trip complete. Waking up to home cooked meals every morning, afternoon and evening has been an absolute joy. Super tasteful and made with love. Would defenitely reccomend! 10/10

Alberto was our chef when we were in the South of France. Our group had different allergies and dietary restrictions and Alberto always made delicious food to meet all of our restrictions. Our meals were all delicious and super well-thought out. Alberto cooked our meals based on what he found in the market and we all loved what he created. Each dish was beautifully presented. Alberto took our taste buds on a culinary tour of the area and of his schooling. I will absolutely reach out to Alberto in the future.

Chef Alberto Montanaro gave us one of the best dining experiences of our lives - on a private mountain lunch in Verbier, Every dish from the insanely creative canapés to the perfectly cooked duck and classic fondue, was next-level.
What truly set this experience apart, however, was Chef Alberto himself. Beyond his incredible talent in the kitchen, he brought warmth, humor, and love for local culture to the table. He didn’t just cook for us but even took the time to show us around Verbier, recommending local spots and sharing stories that made our trip all the more meaningful.

If you get the chance to book with him, do it! This was a highly memorable experience.

Really a wonderful chef and very easy to work with. Would highly recommend and we have had many chefs .. he is one of the best!
