Alberto has made our Cannes trip complete. Waking up to home cooked meals every morning, afternoon and evening has been an absolute joy. Super tasteful and made with love. Would defenitely reccomend! 10/10

Alberto was our chef when we were in the South of France. Our group had different allergies and dietary restrictions and Alberto always made delicious food to meet all of our restrictions. Our meals were all delicious and super well-thought out. Alberto cooked our meals based on what he found in the market and we all loved what he created. Each dish was beautifully presented. Alberto took our taste buds on a culinary tour of the area and of his schooling. I will absolutely reach out to Alberto in the future.

Chef Alberto Montanaro gave us one of the best dining experiences of our lives - on a private mountain lunch in Verbier, Every dish from the insanely creative canapés to the perfectly cooked duck and classic fondue, was next-level.
What truly set this experience apart, however, was Chef Alberto himself. Beyond his incredible talent in the kitchen, he brought warmth, humor, and love for local culture to the table. He didn’t just cook for us but even took the time to show us around Verbier, recommending local spots and sharing stories that made our trip all the more meaningful.

If you get the chance to book with him, do it! This was a highly memorable experience.

We had Alberto over Christmas last year in Verbier. The food was so fantastic. We loved how Alberto tailored his cooking to the quirky dietary needs of some of the family, who had assembled in a chalet for a week. The best by far were the dishes inspired by his family and his hometown in Italy. You’d be lucky to book him! GB
