We asked Alberto together with his friend Kevin who was the butler for the evening to create a magical Mexican dinner for my wifes birthday party. As she is from California she is quuite picky, but we have to say Alberto and Kevin exceeded all expectations. The food was not just good and original, it was mind blowing. Actually probably the best Mexican food I have ever tasted. Pretty wild consider Alberto is Italian. Come to think of it, next time I will ask him to cook Italian, I can only imagine what he can do. Kevin was a great butler, putting amazing cocktails together.. Neither our or one of our guests glasses were ever empty. All in all a great evening, we cant wait for the next time we have Alberto and Kevin over.

I had the chance to work alongside Chef Alberto for a private event for 8 guests, and it was a great experience. He’s a very clean and well-organized chef, his food is excellent, and everything ran smoothly throughout the service. The atmosphere in the kitchen was easy and professional, and it was genuinely a pleasure to collaborate with him. Definitely a chef I’d be happy to work with again.

I had the pleasure to enjoy chef Albero’s cooking for a few days. Every dish was prepared beautifully to perfection. He was flexible to our requests and also made sure to pick only good quality food off the market. I loved how he used numerous fruits and vegetables of the season in the most creative ways. The meat based and seafood based dishes were some of the most delicious ones i have ever tasted. He was very professional, focused and left the kitchen spotless every time. Also always greeted everyone with a smile, in the friendliest way possible. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent dining service!

Alberto was our chef for a fabulous few days in a private chalet in Verbier. His food was exquisite, each dish carefully thought through and brilliantly presented. His passion, good humour and friendly hospitality made it such a lovely experience. ⛷️❄️🧑‍🍳

We had an amazing Halloween dinner with Chef Alberto, and everything was perfect! 🎃 ✨ ! He’s incredibly kind, professional, and organized, he arrived with everything well prepared and handled the whole evening flawlessly. Alberto has made our Cannes trip complete. Waking up to home cooked meals every morning, afternoon and evening has been an absolute joy. Super tasteful and made with love. Would defenitely reccomend! 10/10
